​Q: Where is 5 Borough Labor Group located?

A: Our headquarters is located in Hamilton Heights, Harlem, although we have contractors posted in all five boroughs of New York City!

Q: Are 5BLG contractors background checked?

A: Absolutely! All 5BLG contractors are required to go through background checks as part of their vetting and onboarding process.

Q: Is 5BLG Insured?

A: Yes, 5BLG has General Liability Insurance (GLI). For those whom it is applicable, our contractors are also independently insured.

Q: How do I book a service?

A: Complete and submit the Booking Form on the "Contact" tab. Please be sure to include ALL requested info. You will receive an invoice to be paid securely via Intuit Quickbooks in order to secure your booking. This invoice allows clients to complete payments via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
